A multicultural learning environment with some 25 percent of students coming from 30 countries, IESA offers students a well-rounded view of the cultural sector. The school offers four educational tracks: one 5-year program on economics, law, marketing, communication and production worldwide, a 3-year bachelor’s program that develops skills required to find work in fields including art, cultural production and communication techniques, 2-year post-graduate master’s programs in contemporary art, performing arts, film and developing cultural and heritage policies and a 1-year executive MBA program, in conjunction with the Paris School of Business, geared toward specialization in the art market or cultural projects management.

IESA makes sure its students quickly acquire practical experience: programs alternate between educational and practical training, which allows the students to link their academic knowledge with acquired skills and provides a better understanding of the various cultural sectors. Furthermore, full-time internships – which see the involvement of professors (90 percent of whom are working professionals), curators, professionals and consultants – allow students to begin building their professional networks early on in their programs.

The school’s network in France and abroad includes professors, partner organizations and some 14,000 alumni. Furthermore, through its applied research centers and the creation of projects, symposiums, seminars and cultural events – as partner of numerous artistic events and thanks to the support provided to hundreds of student and alumni projects – IESA arts&culture has taken on a truly active role in the cultural world.
